  17. <p>     "It was something I'd look back on 10 years from now and
  18. regret not buying," says actor Charlie Sheen, who blew $93,500
  19. last week on a tobacco-stained bit of cowhide--the legendary
  20. "Mookie ball," fired off the bat of New York Met Mookie Wilson
  21. in Game 6 of the 1986 World Series. Nanoseconds later, it flew
  22. through the legs of Red Sox first baseman Bill Buckner,
  23. ultimately costing Boston the championship. It is a classic
  24. memory for millions of baseball fans--and for most of us,
  25. Charlie, the memory is enough.
